Welcome to Sports With Banter. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders are made through our online store. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

Because our products are made to order, manufacturing begins once payment has been received. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Please ensure that all product selections, sizes, colours, designs and personalisation details are correct before completing your purchase.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Most Sports With Banter products are made to order. Production therefore begins shortly after an order is placed.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product. Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 5–7 days from completion of the product.

3. Personalised Products

Personalised and customised products are produced according to the information supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details are correct before placing an order.

4. Delivery

We deliver throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy.

A standard delivery fee of R150 applies to all orders.

Delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 days from product completion. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside of our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery or collection.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Items should be unworn, although an item may be considered for return if it has only been worn once and remains in suitable condition.

The first return shipping cost will be covered by Sports With Banter.

Items that have been damaged, altered, excessively worn or otherwise returned in an unsuitable condition may not qualify for a return.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the customer's original payment method.

Once the returned product has been received and approved, refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been completed because manufacturing begins as soon as the order is placed.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued unless the product qualifies for a return under our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Defective Products

If your product arrives with a manufacturing or factory defect, please contact us as soon as possible at sportswithbanter@gmail.com.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.

9. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours and sizing information displayed on our website are accurate.

Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

10. Website Use

Customers agree not to misuse the Sports With Banter website or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, availability and these terms when necessary.
