Refund & Returns Policy

At Sports With Banter, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving or collecting your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original condition
• Be unworn, or in some cases worn only once
• Have all original tags attached
• Not be damaged, altered or excessively worn

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible products.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can assist you with the exchange process.

Return Shipping

Sports With Banter will cover the first return shipping cost for an eligible return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return has been received and approved.

Defective Products

If your product has a factory or manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the defect and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, items that are returned simply because the customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong size, or provided incorrect personalisation details may not qualify for a refund.

Products that have no factory or manufacturing defect and do not meet our return conditions may also be refused.
